Poorly packed

Bought this item for the garden, product is okay but the packing was awful Arrived in a cardboard box which was falling apart, opening the box it was soaking inside as the planter had been put in wet along with the instructions for assembly which just disintegrated on touch as they were sodden. Planter itself was covered in little bugs and a few wood lice, after I cleaned itchy all out I figured out how to build it
