As a kids lamp, it's fine

You can see what you're getting fromthe desription... lasts 2 hours on battery, which to be honest for most uses is not enough, however, we knew that before we bough it... Its for the kids, and 9 months on, they still haven't broken it... only suggestion is to make the cable longer, as it is really not long enough to have a desklamp with such a short cable - although USB extensions do save the day

My 3 year old son chose this lamp from store as his bed side lamp. We have usb plug right next the bedside drawer so 50cm cable is not a issue for us. My son love the calming changing colour feature.
Unfortunately the battery life is less than 2 hour

I bought this a a table decoration at our dances. Unfortunately even with a full charge the lamp only lit for under 2 hours
Not worth it

Bought this item as ideal night light but only lasts 2 hours, so needs to be plugged in so really useless being recharged, cable so short, would have been better to have a plug!

We were looking for ambient lighting in the hallway, with no convenient power socket. Noticed this lamp and decided to risk a tenner. It doesn't look much during the day - but certainly does the job in the dark. Well worth the money. Nice warm glow in whatever colour suits you. Short charging lead, but this is not a problem in my case. Charges in about 2 hours from laptop/PC usb or mains tablet charger. No idea yet how long charge lasts, but if it is a problem I will update review. Certainly looks more than a tenner's worth in operation - not bright, but just enough for our requirements. I would say give it a go, especially since B&Q have such an excellent returns policy.
