This multi-function integrated LED bulkhead features a motion-sensitive microwave sensor and an integrated emergency driver that allows the light to operate without mains power for 3 hours. Its versatility makes the Melana LED bulkhead the perfect lighting solution for offices and commercial spaces. The bulkhead is surface mounted, with a loop-in loop-out connection terminal for easy installation. Once installed, it emits a bright 1100 lumens of cool white 4000K light, with a wide 110° beam angle, ideal for most general lighting purposes. An integrated microwave sensor allows the light to activate when it detects a presence, and it will automatically dim to 10% after 30 seconds of no detection. In addition, the Melana features an emergency driver that will activate in the absence of mains power. The bulkhead will operate for 3 hours in emergency mode, at 20% of its full brightness. It is ideal for corridors in commercial and hospitality industries, where safe, energy saving lighting is essential. The bulkhead is constructed from a tough polycarbonate, with a smart black finish and opal diffuser to soften the light. It has an impressive IK10 impact rating and IP66 rating, so is suitable for use outdoors and in busy areas. A built-in safety isolating control gear protects the luminaire from short circuits.
