Very useful product! Installed easy and not an eye sore at all. Fits perfectly where I need it to and has sufficient capacity for my door keys, makes feeding my cat when I’m away so easy. Completely water proof and a great product! Love how it can be controlled from a far and no need to worry when not around. Code can be sent and shared when needed which is a great feature.

Easy to operate and a fantastic lock to have if you know someone is coming round but you may not be back in time no more waiting on the street for your guests Very well made weatherproof and versatile overall I am very pleased with this lock

Very well made
I'm really impressed with this smart key safe. It is very well made, easy to set up. I will be putting it on the outside wall when I get a new drill. Easy to follow instructions. Comes with a little screw driver so you can install and inset the 4 AAA batteries (batteries not included). It's got the screws and plugs to fit on your outside wall. It's really useful to have extra safety if you lose your key or an emergency for family or friends. I would recommend one of these.

Convenient and easy to use Smart Security
The Phoenix Palm Ks0210Es Smart Key Safe is a great little gadget. Right from the get-go, it had a luxurious look and feel and setting up was a breeze, thanks to everything being included in the package - there’s even a template for drilling holes, which made the installation process straightforward and hassle-free. One of the features I quickly came to appreciate is the auto-lock mechanism, which snaps shut the moment you close the door. This, along with the illuminated numbers on the keypad, is incredibly handy during evening hours, making it easy to operate in the dark. The accompanying app added a layer of convenience that I didn't know I needed until I used it. It lets you open the safe remotely, manage multiple access codes, and receive notifications whenever someone uses their code. It’s pretty cool to be able to track exactly when and by whom the safe is accessed. The app also allows the creation of one-time passwords for visitors, which I thought would be perfect for letting neighbours in to water the plants without worrying about security. I did hit a small snag with getting the Bluetooth to connect initially. The instructions weren't the clearest, and I ended up turning to YouTube for guidance. Once set up, though, it worked flawlessly—it's definitely one of those things that's easy once you know how. If I had to, my only nitpick would be the battery operation. While I understand the convenience of not having to dismount the safe for charging, a part of me wishes it had a USB-C charging option just to standardise it a bit more and cut down on my trips to the store for batteries. However, it uses AAA batteries, which are always around, so wasn’t a big deal. All in all, the Phoenix Palm Smart Key Safe has been a solid addition to our security setup. It's high quality, smart, secure, and incredibly user-friendly tool and definitely a gadget I’d recommend for anyone looking to better manage access to their keys or even valuables.

Works as it should!
Actually really love this key lock! It’s so strong and tough but works really well! Security is great you need to set a 6 digit pin which you decide then it opens nicely! Perfect size for most keys, using it to let my dog walkers in rather than getting keys cut so brilliant! And connects with phone so makes life easier aswell!

A solid, secure key safe.
I am very happy with this key safe. Everything needed to secure to the wall is included. I was impressed that they also included a template to make drilling in the correct places even easier. It is not too bulky so can be easily placed in a safe place I found it was easy to set up with the app. I was also surprised to find that it lights up, which helps when accessing it at night

Nice gadget easy to use
Received this free easy to install and holds my car keys and some money easily whilst I'm out canoeing its sturdy enough to fit to inside of my car wheel trim for extra security

Techno-Phobe used it just fine!
So I'm wary about products like this as I can be terrible with tech.... However this is great! The instruction manual is clear and has great instructions on how to use it. The device itself is relatively heavy and feels heavy duty. The touch panel is nicely sensitive. I strongly recommend using this with the app - which is super handy as you can see the battery level of the safe through it as well as do remote lock/unlock (if you want. Otherwise you can switch that feature off). Super impressed. The light and sound cues it gives are also very helpful.

Solid security lock!!
I love this product the design is sleek and durability will be solid and quite weighty too and cool security and functionality and the security will be solid!! So I’d highly recommend this product to all my family and friends
