Plastic Mitre box is OK for the first few usages but after time the guide slots start to get caught by the saw and this makes them uneven.
Mitre box that is not straight is useless for doing precision cuts.
Mitre box too small for Architrave
Phil2019 - 1 year ago
The mitre box was a few mil too small for architrave which I thought it was designed for. You can push it in at the top by forcing the sides but then it won't cut at a 45 degree angle across all of the architrave and cuts into the plastic of the mitre box. The saw is also not great, it will cut but the teeth aren't fine enough to cut well. Makes me wonder who designs this stuff, lol.
Mitre Box and Saw

I bought this product two days ago. I needed to cut plastic beading for tiles. It wouldn't even cut through that, it chops the plastic to pieces, doesnt give sharp edges. Absolute rubbish.
