I bought this to replace an inline valve giving a water supply to an outside garden hose as and when required. After fitting and ensuring the valve was in the closed position I turned the water supply back on and guess what, yes you've got it, the thing flooded my kitchen even though it was in the off position.so as a check valve it is useless. I've given it 1 star as I cant score it any lower.
