Just purchased to put Christmas tree in (6ft) and it doesn't all fit, bit of a waste of time and money
Brilliant

Tree fits in perfectly with room for the lights and a few other bits. We are thinking of getting another one.
Needs more clips

I bought this from B&Q along with our artificial tree a few years ago. It is a great size for that and it's good to know I can put it in the loft and worry about damp attacking the box that the tree originally came in (which I have recycled as unnecessary now).
However, like I have said regarding the Really Useful wrapping paper box, this needs far more fastening than a clip either end.
My Husband says it is the weight of the tree, although that is what it's for, but the lid lifts up in the centre meaning it is no longer damp proof and under the pressure, the clips pop open.
There should be centre clips on a box this long. It's been more years than I care to remember since I was learning this stuff in school, but, simple physics should tell you this won't work with two weedy clips on the ends of a long, large, unwieldy box.
We have tied string around the centre of ours to resolve this problem, it's not ideal and it doesn't look 'pretty' either.

Just what I was looking for as the original cardboard box for the Christmas tree had finally disintegrated!
Fantastic
