Unreliable & poor water flow
Safdar - 1 year ago
Bought this product in the end of 2017 and was given 3 years manufacturer warranty, in winter the water flow was reduced immensely for lukewarm water. Customer services weren't able to help anyway then earlier this year it stopped working prior to Bank Holidays weekend so I have to get the plumber in to replace with better product. Redring refuse to help with their product as it wasn't in-place anymore basically they wanted us not to have shower over a week while arrange for an engineer to come and inspect the product. This was said in an email which they send me a week later.
