Stunning product
The toilet was ordered on line and arrived earlier than expected. Very quick service. However, I did not notice that it came without any fittings for floor or wall. Bought these separately and now fitted which finished the bathroom off perfectly

Disappointing-terrible-uncomfortable
I am very disappointed with the toilet I bought. After having it fixed in our bathroom, the toilet seat has become unstable and uncomfortable. I was not aware that the toilet seat is square, which has made it difficult to find a suitable replacement. Moreover, I find it frustrating that changing the seat is much more complicated compared to my other toilet. It is impossible to replace the seat without disabling the entire toilet. Overall, this toilet has been a complete disappointment. I deeply regret my decision to purchase it.

Fantastic
Purchased this toilet as we were doing a full bathroom renovation, it looks great and works very well. All components that come included seem to be great quality.
