Does as it says on the tin. Only time will tell the result.
Does the job

Bought this about 4-5 weeks ago to coat new fence panels. I suspect the area on the tin which the contents will cover is a little optimistic but these were new panels so may be more absorbent. No real complaint in this regard. more important that the preservative works like it is supposed to so time alone will tell...
Excellent summerhouse treatment.

I bought this product to treat a summerhouse. I found it very easy to apply and am very pleased with how it soaked into the wood and gave a very even colour finish.

Bought Ronseal Autumn Brown preserver which is a lovely colour only downside is because it's a preserver it's very watery and goes everywhere when pouring it out of the can. Needs a spout of some sort for more accurate pouring and needs a really good mix before each use.I made sure the cap was secure then before each use turned can upside down for 5 mins or so then shook can vigorously.Didn't go on well with normal thick bristled fence brush, just seemed to run off bristles so I used a 2" nylon paint brush, yes it took ages but seemed to hold more preserve and made it easier to paint. I found 2 coats was good but 3 looked better, this was on new fence panels.

I usually use another brand, but this is very good. I dont like the water based items. this is better for wood protection.
