Not what it says on the tin!

There is no way this colour could be considered as Charcoal. Its 'GREY'. Its so thin and 'wishy washy' it does not cover at all well.
I gave up with it. You get what you pay for!
Not one Coat but still good

Attached picture shows my panels with 3 coats. Its a nice blue/grey. not a black grey as the image implies but its still a nice shade. The quality of the paint is also good, it builds up an almost plastic coating that provides a very weatherproof coating, water beads and drips off the wood rather than being soaked up. lets wait and see how many years of colour we get....

Bought this last week to cover over ronseal dark oak when was done two years ago .. tried painting over it with this new charcoal Grey NOT A CHANCE painted three times and not really a difference it would have probably needed to be painted around 6 + times to see the charcoal grey decided to by the dearer paint Cupriol perfect one coat over the old paint so it saved me money by buying the expensive one than trying to cover with the new ronseal fencelide plus+ I’d class as rubbish

There is no way three coats would be enough to even mirror the charcoal colour on the tin. First coat that went on looked almost like a blue tone. Extremely watery - avoid avoid avoid. Money wasted
