Not what I expected

I bought this paint thinking it would be black but turned out to be a dark grey. I was disappointed as it was black I was really looking for. Decide to use it anyway. Good coverage & turned out a nice colour. I was happy with the results. Think they should change the name of the colour though as it’s misleading.

Seriously, from the picture on the tin and the name BLACKbird i expected Black. Why wouldn't I? Such a waste of money. Lovely shade of Grey though.

We bought this product to use on the timber of raised beds, which we had previously used Cuprinol Black Ash on, and also used it on the garden fences. The timber on the raised beds was looking a bit dreary after all the landscaping was done, so after a good brush down with a wire brush I opened my tin of Blackbird - it looked grey so gave it a good stir, it was still GREY, anyone seeing a Grey Blackbird please let me know. I cannot comment on ease of use as didn't get to use it.
