I don't ever write reviews but this was terrible

Has consistency of single cream. Drips everywhere. Took 3 coats and still patchy on pine furniture. So glad I didn't use it in the kitchen. Will NEVER buy again. Is NOT one coat. Terrible product to work with. Recommend avoiding it.
One coat and Ivory a bit of poetic licence I think

Now in the process of re-vamping my second kitchen; I've ended up with the same oak units in my last two houses; had great results with the first so I'm using the same colour again, Ivory Satin - however - one coat it certainly isn't, I've found I need at least three coats, possibly four (and yes, I do sand the doors etc first, then wipe down with sugar soap) and colourwise, think ivory as in old animal tusks and you'll be nearer the creamy yellow it turns out than the off-white it looks on the tin label.
I've also found it's much easier to remove the doors and draw fronts and their respective furniture and lay them flat to paint, that way you don't get runs and drips and apply each coat thinly with a clean brush - very important that last point. If the temperature is too hot or cold you won't get a good finish, normal room temperature seems to be best.
Worth all the effort to get a new looking kitchen for a fraction of the cost of fitting a new one though.
Covers melamine well

Although it covers well on dark surfaces will need 2 or three coat, dried paint holds the brush marks would recommend using a small roller.
Also the fumes are quite heavy so use a mask and take breaks.
does the job, but not in one coat!

Use this to update some wardrobes and it did the job fine after two coats. The paint was fairly thick and dried very quickly in the hot weather making painting quite difficult. Overall I am pleased with the outcome even if the paint is quite expensive to buy.

I bought this to re-paint cupboards in the kitchen that we looking worn. The paint was slightly lighter than previously, but the old didn't show through. Pleased with smooth finish
