Very Good Sprayer

I bought this spray as I have a large area of fencing to paint (over 150m). I have found that the sprayer was very simple to use and worked very well. That batteries lased for 25lt of paint before I had to change them. The cleaning is simple and as long as you keep the sprayer clean it keeps working. Overall a good item of equipment.
waste of space/time

Purchased new part for this machine last year as when coming to use it the machine would not spray. Have tried to use the machine now with the new spray parts and it is absolute rubbish. Won't mist spray and has no power behind it
Terrible for fence painting.

Very disappointing. Following all the instructions to the letter and using the correct ronseal sprayable fence paint the sprayer barely works. The paint came out in a very fine mist with no power or weight to it and it's obvious there just isn't enough power in the unit. The finish after multiple coats still looks terrible so it's going to have to be done over again with a brush. Waste of time and money.
Gave up after a couple of minutes

Bought and 3 x 10L tubs of the approved fence treatment paint as I had to cover over 100m of fencing and was looking for a quick & neat way to complete the job. Unit seemed good quality, pump was working albeit the reservoir was a bit small. Started it up and had a play with the settings and spray range/power to get what seemed to be the optimum setting for the job and began to spray a panel.
I persevered with this for about 20 mins adjusting settings first, then following up with a brush to remove runs and work the fence paint into the wood. I wouldve gotten better results if i had spat the paint onto the fence myself. I have used the hand pump before and had far superior result with one of those.. dont waste your money.. great idea but unfortunately mine is awaiting the next run to the dump..I spent the rest of the day completing the job by hand.. arduous but probably a better result ..
