Self-adhesive Flashing Tape is designed to seal gaps on roofs and where roofing meets the wall, providing an instant and effective waterproof seal.

Use a Flashing primer before application, non-porous surfaces do not require primer but using it would improve the adhesion
Flashing Tape can be used on brickwork, concrete, metal, wood, glass, plastic & felt surfaces
All surfaces should be dry, clean & free of loose or flaking material, dust & grease. Areas of rust should be thoroughly wire-brushed & treated with a rust remover
