Good product
Good value for money with very clear fitting instructions. All fittings are included and everything appears to be good quality. The coating is easy to scratch otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

An excellent handrail at a very reasonable price
An excellent handrail, really nice finish, solid as a rock. And a very reasonable price as well. If your wall isn't particularly sturdy, you can consider mounting the rail on a length of wood that's fixed to the wall, instead of fitting the rail directly into the wall (though I didn't need to do this). I got the 3.6m one for the lefthand stairwall, and then put a shorter one on the facing wall at the top of the stairs where it bends round. I paid a joiner to fit it, because the rails also needed cutting slightly to fit the stairs, I don't have the tools, and in any case I'm rubbish at DIY

Sturdy Handrail
Excellent instructions, very sturdy with good length screws and raw plugs, fully recommend.

Good well made stair handrail
I bought this for a friend as she liked ours (same as one I bought from you a while back). I could not find them in store but with the help of one of you store staff we found them tucked away. Fitting was a little tricky but all went well and she is more than happy with it.
