Application by brush may be preferable in some cases, especially when applying the cream to irregularities in the patio. It is important to take care to not spread the cream too thinly. Roxil® Patio Cream is applied in a single coat.

Roxil Patio Cream is a silicone cream emulsion for weatherproofing patios and paved surfaces. The unique cream formula is applied in a single coat directly to patio and paving slabs using a brush or roller. After application, the cream will begin to soak into and bond with the patio or paved surface, creating an invisible waterproof barrier with a "locked-in" biocide.
