Not sure where the negativity has come from

I have orac skirting boards and have painted + lacquered them with this stuff. i have an arched bay window so some need to flex and this stuff did not crack under the pressure. hit them with the hoover and still 100% after 2 years. buying again for the rest of my home, just practice on a spare bit to get the hang of it first
not worth using

I really wanted to purchase the equivalent Valspar product but apparently this range has been replaced by Rustoleum. I used it on newly painted table and chairs and it when it had dried it left large swirls on the table top. This meant I had to purchase more paint to hide this but in a certain light you can still see the marks. I tried to return the can to B & Q but it wasn't accepted and although I have contacted Rustoleum, I have not had a satisfactory reply.
