A friend used sprayed darker colour (Bisque) on an old-fashioned wooden fireplace from a charity shop. I couldn't believe it was not a stone fireplace. I struggled with the thought of investing £thousands in a porous stone fireplace so I bought a second-hand wood fireplace and sprayed in with Rust-oleum's lighter coloured Bleached Stone. I did 4 light sprays. Be patient. The result is worth it. I can honestly say it looks fabulous and is so convincing. So easy to use (spray outdoors). I also used Rust-oleum's Clear Matt Lacquer. No need to worry about red wine stains now. Fabulous products!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rust-oleum.

Despite a thorough shaking when the nozzle was pressed it came out more of a jet rather than a spray. So didn't cover very much.

I used this on a wooden turned vase that I had made. I used white aerosol primer fist and the end result was pleasing and the recipient of the vase was pleased too. The final effect was very stone looking.

after reading other reviews on this product, I decided to risk using it to breathe new life into a less than pretty old fire surround, all i can say is WOW. Because it was a white surround I have only used one tin (bought 2 just in case) so will get around to putting another coat on, but to be honest it looks perfectly wonderful as it is, well chuffed
Brilliant just love it

Bought this to spray on a fireplace. I needed two tins but well worth the money. Looks fantastic.
