Product information

Non-toxic, quick drying, low odour, completely clear and non-yellowing. Resistant to water, spirits and similar liquids. Very hard wearing. Touch dry in 20 minutes and re-coatable in 2 hours. Generally, has very little effect on the colour of the timber it is applied to.

• Surface Preparation - The surface must be clean, smooth, dry and free from wax, dust and contaminants. Read the full instructions on the tin. Nail holes and small cracks may be filled with Rustins Wood Filler Bare wood may be dyed before coating with Rustins Wood Dye. Other brands of dye, stain or paints may be incompatible. Do not apply Knotting or Sanding Sealer.
• Instructions for Use - Using a synthetic brush or varnish roller, apply evenly and liberally, finishing in the direction of the grain. When applying to power floated concrete or dense surfaces such as stone, dilute the first coat 1:1 with water.
