Great product
Bought this product as the one I'd had years had stopped working It was one of the cheapest available of a vast selection so wasn't expecting too much I was surprised by how well it worked - only drawback was fitting it together but not a massive problem. I just expected to unpack and straight onto using it Overall very satisfied

A product that every houshold should have!
I bought this product last month and is working very well. Is very easy to operate. It plugs straight to our garden hose. I washed my car in a fraction of the time and it looks like it was done in a profession al car wash. Looking forwrad to the weekdn now to use it on patio, pool steps etc..

Disappointed
Very disappointed in this purchase. I have used this hose once to do minimal work and the cord has wound off it and a burning plastic smell comes from it. Sadly will need to return but a bit of a distance to my B&Q store so will have to leave this to the weekend. Wanted to get so much cleaning done this week but now not possible. The power does seem very good and much better than other brands we have used in the past. Just concerning it has just all peeled off and leaves a metal silver hose pipe. Rang the store this morning and staff member was not pleasant to say the least but will ask for a manager when bring in at weekend.

Not good quality & faulty
I decided to go for this make as previously had a Bosch one the same power. It took maybe 30-40 mins to assemble. Was able to do this without a problem. Was really looking forward to power hosing my patio tiles but lo and behold looked at the black hose pipe as soon as I had put this device on and it had melted away leaving the metal steel piping!!!! I hadn’t even started to hose. Took this back and the lady in my local store was very helpful and gave me another one as replacement. Drove the 50 miles home this afternoon with said item and again built it up and as soon as turned this on the black plastic started to peel off the steel casing. The power was ferocious and I am glad I wasn’t near anyone as they would have been struck. Looks like another 100 mile journey ahead of me to take no 2 back. Will be requesting a refund as there is clearly a design flaw here and wouldn’t feel safe using this. Seemed a good power hose too for the 1 minute I had it on!!! Such a pity.

Death Trap
Bought this on Friday and was very angry as took a while to put together. As soon as my husband put it on the majority of the black plastic casing on the hose part blew off with the pressure upon turning on. The worst part was it hit off my daughter’s arm causing scarring and severe pain! Heading back to Erdington with this tomorrow as not very happy! Not what you expect with something brand new upon switching it on!
