Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Performs incredibly well. What I really like is that ryobi keep the battery fitting unchanged so you don’t have to ditch the tool if the battery goes.
Third ryobi tool I’ve bought and they’re all good

Great bit of kit

I purchased this drill a couple of weeks ago as unfortunately upgrade for current ryobi drill and I'm in no way disappointed it has held up to every task I have thrown at it it's comfortable in the hand and surprisingly not to heavy even with the 5.0ah battery my only don't side is I purchased it at £227 which is a good price then to find that it was reduced a week later to £207 £20 is £20 but still very happy with it

NOT FOR THE PROFESSIONAL TRADESMAN!!!!

buy a milwaukee - 1 year ago

When i bought this product i was hoping it was going to last longer than 6 months but i thought wrong. It worked fine good strong drill and good build on the outside. i used it along side with my milwaukee m18 and although its nearly 3 times the price they seemed to be on the same level until i noticed it was not engaging some gears straight away and then the chuck had ceased solid cant tighten or loosen no idea what kind of warranty this has but its going straight in the bin luckily i can use the batteries on the grinder i bought. overall if your a diy beast then this for you but if your thinking about this for your profession then dont spend abit more and buy a milwaukee.

Surprised.

Very good drill . 5ah batteries last for ages , even when its on hammer . I paid 208 quid for it at b&q , drill , charger , 2 batteries , spot on . I use it at work most days . ( Electrician ).

Love it.

It's expensive but if you consider that the batteries are £98 & charger is £37, you get an excellent drill & carrying case free. I've driven loads of screws with it & drilled a few holes through brick so far & the first battery I've used is still showing full charge. It's light & compact as well. I bought it to replace my old screaming Ryobi & I'm very pleased with it.
