I use this in a professional capacity. Changing Wheels at the roadside you don’t want to be hanging about. This releases the most stubborn Wheelnuts quickly (it’s not been beaten yet) but definitely use the higher Ah battery. I use the 5Ah.

Worth the money

Bought this and initially wasn't impressed with the performance but I was using the 1.3ah batteries so I decided to buy a 5ah and \I was not disappointed.

I have used this mostly for automotive work (removing wheel bolts, suspension components and even a hub nut on an R32 with ease)

If you are looking at buying one of these get a 4 or 5a battery, anything less will not do it justice (doesn't produce enough impacts using the lower capacity batteries)

The claimed 400Nm of torque is a joke. This wrench couldn't even manage 200Nm, which I can manage with an extension bar and my bare hands! The first unit I bought killed the battery in 2 minutes flat, the replacement just couldn't cope with what it was meant to do, battery life seemed to be good though. This wrench would probably be best suited to removing screws from wood via the adaptor bit that comes with it. I have never owned any Ryobi products before this and I believed the hype, I won't be buying Ryobi again.
