Have used sporadically for a few months; have blunted one chain, and had to have repaired under warranty once. I would say that for fairly light use, this is OK - it certainly starts well. However it's not what you would call 'heavy duty'. Also, for repairs you need to find a Ryobi service centre - and mine was miles away - a real pain,
