Fire blankets are used to smother the flames, starve them of oxygen and extinguish the fire before it gets out of control. Secured in a pouch, SAFE-TECH fire blankets can be easily deployed with little force by pulling down the straps. While using a fire blanket, hold it in a shield position and wrap it around your hands if possible.
