Features and benefits

At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

  • Tough waterproof finish for exterior wood & metal
  • Flexible formulation to resist cracking
  • 10 year weather protection

Garage painter - 8 months ago

Purchased for garage door. Colour on the tin looked great. On the garage doors a different story. Looks blue as other reviewers have said. In fact a visitor commented on how nice the blue shade was! Contacted Sandtex who tested and said the colour is ‘within tolerance’. Unfortunately it is not within our tolerance. If you like blue-grey then this could be for you. If you need grey then I would look elsewhere. Quality one star as this is not the colour we wanted.

Brilliant product. Would highly recommend

Bought this in a last ditch attempt before accepting that I would have to replace my front and back doors which were in a pretty shabby and shameful state of repair. I didn't really expect the results to be that good... - but I'm amazed how this paint has transformed both doors! I found it great to work with, and so happy with the end result. Fanstastic! Looking to buy more in Brilliant White now to freshen up other woodwork. Best money I've spent (and saved) in a long time.

The finish is a lot more Blue than Grey as shown on the tin. It isn't even close to the color on the tin. The wood has been properly prepared before applying the paint, so it isn't anything to do with the preparation side of things. I am about to return my order.
