Lock failed within 3 months
Locked has gone, locking us out of our gym! Do not recommend

Avoid
I bought 2 pairs of these, both not locking and never locked. I learned they are faulty after warranty expired so customer service refused to do anything.Medicore product and disgraceful company, avoid at all cost!

B&Q aftersales service non existent
Delivery was fine however had a number of faults with the door set. 1 Screws not long enough so field repair to enable door to be closed from outside, currently using a spanner inside. 2 Catch for locking mechanism with 2 screws missing, not catching properly. 3 Seal damaged. Contact for reporting faults non existent, no direct number, very good at selling, not so good on the after service. Eventually spoke to B&Q, two case references and promises to resolve but nothing. Has made me seriously consider buying anything other than a box of screws from them. Frustrated first time poster.

Very poor product description
This door comes without glazing. When I ordered it I thought it would have a glass panel as the image appears to show lines where the glass should be. Why do B&Q sell a pvc external backdoor without glazing. At the very least the product description should state the door is unglazed. I'm trying to cancel the order but not having much luck. If I can't cancel the order I will just have to send them back when they are delivered and request a refund.
