Mirror fixing very poor

Purchased this mirror on the 4th April 2023 and all though it arrived in good condition,I found the hanging points very poor. The two plastic hangers with holes to hang the screws from, have nothing to prevent the screws rubbing on the back of the mirror. If you hang this mirror and locate the holes first time you will be ok,but if you have to move it about too much as I did you will find it can scrape the silver and be visible from the front. When I contacted showerdrape with photo's of this and explained the situation, their response was that the fault was with me hanging the mirror and not a defect with the mirror. So if you purchase this mirror,be very careful how you hang it or you will finish up like I did.If you spend a little more money on a mirror, you will find the hangers on the better quality mirrors have a backing plate to prevent scuffing.
