absolute rubbish if the sun isn,t out it does not work would not recommend this item at all

Rubbish
Brought this solar fountain for my small water feature. Gave it a try, but found that it doesn't work! Tried lifting the solar panel so that it sits high up, so that full sun hits it, but still a mear trickle! going to return but currently at home poorly! Very disappointed!
If I could give it no stars I would but the review makes you put at least one star or you can't complete the review! Waste of money & time!
