some where twisted/warped/split. check them before you buy them

I bought 16 of these ( I need more ) and found them to be absolutely fine. Mine were not held in the store but were delivered from a hub depot so perhaps they were stored more carefully than those which attracted criticism in other reviews.
Good enough, but check your order...

Ordered for collection - didn't notice until I was unloading at home that one of the joists had a honking great split 3/4 of the way through it for half its length. Had enough material for the job I was doing but remember to check your material BEFORE leaving the store, especially if you didn't pick it off the shelves yourself.

Not very impressed with these joists. Brought 5 of them and found 3 to be warped. It wouldn't of been so bad if they were just bowed- it was the fact that they we're twisted which made constructing the deck frame very difficult. My advise make sure you check them on delivery as I hadn't noticed the twisting until I began to construct the deck
good solid wood
