You need True straight walls
HRWeybeach - 1 year ago
This is a great kit and would have been fabulous I believe, however it needs completely straight and true flat walls, we have a 1930's house and it turns out that even though they look straight and flat if they are a couple of mm out in any direction the panels won't fit, we would have had to have our walls stripped and re-plastered, (we did look at battening in some forms to so we have given up the idea and are tiling the walls of our shower. When we talked to our neighbour they had exactly the same issues and it turns out from now talking to people that this is a common issue. We have ended up with cut boards that don't fit and feel disappointed that there is nothing to hint at this or even suggest this could be an issue. and to be clear we had two plumbers and two engineers both look at the issue before abandoning and choosing tiling.
Great piece of kit

Bought this in gloss white finish to have in shower enclosure, as opposed to tiling around shower. So much easier to keep clean, no grouting to worry about, and really brightens up the area. Installer commented on the robustness of product when it was fitted.

Very happy with these panels, they were easy to cut to size and fit and look really nice.
