The Swell Bio Pressure Filter Deluxe is designed to filter pond water both mechanically and biological under high-pressure conditions. The kit comes with everything you need to get started immediately, including filter foam and bio balls. This media encourages the rapid growth of filtering aerobic bacteria. The filter comes with two large foams, one for fine filtration and one for coarse filtration, as well as Bio Ball, which are specifically designed to encourage biological growth and filtration. The filter has a crank-based cleaning system, that allows you to clean the filter media without even opening it up. Plus, it even has a floating indicator, which will tell you exactly when your filter needs cleaning. This filter has been designed to operate continuously, at all times of day and through every season. So you can rest assured that your pond water will be clear all year.
