PureSeal Tarmac Restorer Pro is a high-solids resin-based sealer designed for tarmac and asphalt surfaces. This red-tinted sealer offers excellent water and oil resistance and can bind loose aggregate on driveways and car parks. It is advisable to use light coats to build up the colour/protection of your treated surfaces. For smooth surfaces, adding low-slip granules to the sealer can offer extra slip resistance underfoot. Application: Always mix well with a paddle mixer before and throughout use. Carry out a test patch on a small, inconspicuous area before use. Apply the product to the surface using a brush, roller or sprayer, and do not splash the product. Porous surfaces will consume more product. Apply at a rate of 4-6m² per litre and apply your second coat 90 degrees to the first. Any subsequent coat should be applied 90 degrees to the previous one. Clean all tools and equipment with Xylene. Top Tips: When masking off concrete edging, use a tape with paint block technology. Use lighter coats and build up the colour using this method. • Surface Preparation - Preparation is key – Ensure the tarmac is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, moss, or algae. Shake well and mix thoroughly with a paddle mixer before and during use to ensure an even tint and consistency. Always do a test patch in a small hidden area to check compatibility, finish, and coverage.
• Instructions for Use - Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer – avoid splashing or overloading. Start with a light coat to build up colour and coverage gradually. On porous surfaces, more product may be needed – apply carefully to avoid over-application. Apply at 4–6m² per litre. Apply the second coat at a 90° angle to the first coat for even coverage. Additional coats should follow the same method. Allow each coat to dry fully between applications. Clean tools immediately after use with Xylene Solvent.
