I read the reviews and took a chance and I’m glad I did, see photos. But I did learn some things
Rollers was good and I learned to do a section at a time
Hold the scrapping tools at a 90 degree angel as this will get rid of bubbles
Check the gap between the wall and ceiling and don’t forget these. I put plaster on the tool to get to the picture rail before scraping down
Cover everything and check for gaps
Second coat is really important and gives the better finish

I was worried reading some reviews, and magic products etc. but this is amazing stuff. my wall was in a state and this has made it perfect. i'd recommend skimming both coats straight form the blade from the tub, go in with it upside down and take enough on the blade to do a sweep, i sussed this after doing half the wall with the roller, which is a bit messy to go on at first and makes it a little hard work. this way is far easier trust me and faster and imo gives a better finish if you trowl it straight from the bucket onto your tools. great product. i'm a novice diy-er and have never tried plastering before. the sanding is simple, it flakes a lot and chalks off so dont panic about any lines in the finish these will sand out within seconds.
Easy to use and it works!

This was recommended by a friend. I bought it to cover a combo of old, slightly damaged plasterboard, new plasterboard I’d just fitted, wood and angle bead. It is a bit messy to apply so cover the floor, wear gloves and if you’re a doing a ceiling cover your hair. It is very easy to use and apply. The tools supplied were fine for the job.
I found wiping down the surface with a damp cloth beforehand gave me more time to ‘work’ the product. 2 coats covered everything and quick and easy (but very dusty, so wear a mask) sanding gave a perfect finish.
It’s the first time I’ve ever attempted this kind of DIY (I.e. fitting plasterboard and angle bead) and the first time I’ve ever used this product.
I highly recommend the kit.

Well it is very limited. It promises a bead of 1/2 a centimetre - which won't get much level. The tiny roller is not great. By the time I had coated a small wall the stuff was practically hard - making it difficult to work with to get smooth. I had to wet my surface to get it smooth. Anything more than 1/2 a centimetre of application thickness and you're going to get bubbles.
