I bought this a few weeks ago and kept getting water coming through my kitchen ceiling wondering where is from coming so I opened the shower up and it’s leaking from the heating element, waste of money

Dont waste your money, next to no flow and has to be on full heat for it to be even warm. Shame really I took the older modle 8.5kw out that seemed decent till it broke and replaced it with this rubbish thing.

Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Runs cold constant. Triton aren’t interested in helping so now it’ll have to be uninstalled for me to buy something else. Might as well stand outside in the freezing rain it’ll probably be warmer

I had to synchronise the internal and external switch positions as they were incorrectly aligned. I followed the installation and commissioning instructions to the letter and the shower works well. However there is an oddity in operation. The shower does no switch on when turned directly to the cold position. In order to get it to operate I have to turn it first anticlockwise to the hot position and wait for it to start, after which I can select econamy or cold. Is this a design feature or is there a fault?
