Comfy, looks good but the design isn' great.
Quick delivery and arrived well packaged. I had to remove the stool base to unpack the chair as the parts are tightly fitted in the box. 30 minutes later the chair was fitted and ready. The cables need some thinking about to get all massage parts working. The massage feature is a motorised buzz not a shiatso moving action. Like a mobile phone vibrate but bigger. The woodwork was dented in places pre packaging but not too bad. The swivel action is a bit rough and the wiring hangs under the seat, visible to everyone which isn't ideal. The controller fits tight under the right armrest vertically so fiddly to remove and refit while in use. The footrest can be quickly unplugged for moving. After 2 months occasional use the leather isn't sagging and still comfortable. Good value for money. I may have gone for a heated version if available.

Lovely and comfy. Looks good. Remote control only makes the chair massage but the buttons for the other options don’t work. Had replacement but this also didn’t work. A technician was sent to look at the problem and he said it was the motor at the base of the chair that wasn’t working so is ordering a replacement. Hopefully, the remote control will then work properly

Lovely chairs and good value for money. Unfortunately the angle of the back only goes from semi reclined to reclined, it doesn’t give a more vertical upright seated position which is a shame. We did retain them nonetheless.

At a very affordable price this chair is good value. The reclining range is limited but otherwise the chair is comfortable. The massage options are probably of limited effectiveness but quite amusing!
