PARTS MISSING

I bought two of these last month to install in our holiday flat. The first one was fine but the second had the mounts missing, as we live 100 miles away and the receipt was not with us we went back to the store to buy more brackets. They do not stock accessories for them and they are not available online. CHECK ALL PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETE BEFORE BUYING AT "BUY AND QUEUE".

The instructions could be clearer. The end stop was difficult to fit and doesn't really work.

Rail is easy enough to fit, however there are too few curtain hooks. As reported in other reviews, hooks don't clip securely on the rail. I shall replace these soon since they are barely fit for purpose.

The rail looked good and was easy to fit. Unfortunately the rail is not wide enough for the curtain hooks (or the hooks are too wide for the rail) so that the end stop does not secure the end hook properly and therefore does not prevent the curtains from falling off the rail when fitted. I have bought and fitted several rails from B&Q previously and never had this problem.
