Not a good design

Quite tricky to assemble - the very small clips will not hold unless the bracket holes are *exactly* vertical ( I used a wooden batten - don't even think about drilling straight in to wall! ) . The appearance is poor in that the brackets are very visible once finished. I wish I had used other ones where the rail conceals the brackets - I don't think it will last long with heavy curtains so may be I will replace.
Very disappointed!

Broke within a few days. The rails were joined in the middle but would split each time I opened the curtains, regardless of how gentle I was. Within the first week, the plastic bracket that hold the rail broke and the rail, with curtains collapsed on the floor. Biggest waste of money!
Value product but poor design features

Fairly straightforward fitting but as others have commented screws are pretty poor- you need a perfect fitting screwdriver bit to be in with any chance of getting the screws in without damaging the head.
We have relatively heavy lounge curtains and these do seem well supported.
Biggest gripe is the visibility of the brackets - track is neat and slim sectioned but then all that pales into insignificance when all that stands out is an ugly bracket with visible screw fixings.
It is surely not beyond the bounds of the manufacturer to come up with even a plastic cover to clip over these.
Overall it works but if good visual appearance is a priority then avoid this.
Shocking screws!

Just putting the thing up and realised after trying to put the first bracket in, I'd have to use my own strong screws. Wasted 10minutes pulling the rubbish screws, that are included, out with a pair of pliers. Will wait to see if the other reports of curtain rail falling down, out of the clips, will materialise or not.
Flawed in design and material.

The spring mechanism is not strong enough to provide a firm attachment for the actual rail when it is weighed down by a curtain. May be ok for very light curtains. Very disappointed in B&Q.
