bought this to put a picture up after decorating having used the product before. Sadly it came unstuck twice before it held and I used fresh tape each time. So far so good with the 3rd attempt.

Sticky but didn't do the job...

I bought the sticky tape to put onto cardboard and then bluetacked the cardboard to my bedroom door, sticky side up... no I'm not bonkers, I just have a needy kitten that kept scratching at my bedroom door at ungodly hours. Unfortunately this tape was no match for my kitten, who scratched his way through. I was also disappointed by how little tape there was on the roll.
However, the member of staff in Aylesford B&Q was so helpful, he deserves a shout out!

No, more nails!

Was recommended this for affixing light items in the bathroom to ceramic tiles. It held for around a week before failing completely after what seemed like a good initial fixing. What's baffling is it was I used more than enough tape by the loading parameters. The initial purpose having failed, I then used it to try to hold up some very light LED lights sold by a large Swedish chain, and it couldn't even manage that. Save your money - cheap no-brand adhesive pads are an order of magnitude stickier. If you need something holding up, use a proper adhesive, or better yet, screws.
