V33 Renovation Cupboard & Worktop paint has been specially developed to renovate high use surfaces. Thanks to a complex combination of exclusive polymers, the paint is extremely durable and resistant to culinary and domestic stains. It allows regular and easy cleaning without altering the colour and finish of the paint.

- Surface Preparation - Preparation of the surface is essential. Wash the surface with a soda-based or sugar soap (alkaline) cleaner. On laminate and varnished or painted wood in good condition: wash, rinse and allow to dry. Sand (240 grit) and remove dust. On oak and bare chestnut: apply a suitable undercoat to block the tannins. On bare tiled floor: wash, including grouting, rinse and allow to dry. On tiled floor already painted in good condition: wash, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Sand (240 grit) and remove dust. On tiled floor already painted or partially worn: Sand with sandpaper (60 then 120 grit) to return to the original surface. Remove dust, wash, rinse and allow to dry.
- Instructions for Use - Apply the paint at room temperature between 12 and 25°C and avoid draughts. 1. Stir the paint with a stirrer or wide stick, working around the bottom of the tin to mix it well. 2. Start by painting the angles, moldings and joints of the surface. Work on small surfaces. Apply from one end to the other. Follow with successive cross strokes. Do not start 2nd coat while it's still drying. Leave to dry for 6h (do not exceed 12h) and apply a 2nd coat in the same way. On horizontal surfaces (worktop for instance), the paint has to be covered with the Renovation Worktop Protection.

So I’m selling my house and wanted to tart up our tired kitchen cabinets. Looked at various paint options and plumped for this one. It says it can be used without a primer, but I decided to prime anyway just in case (used Zinsser BIN - 2 coats) Applying the V33 was really easy with both brush and roller. Every door / panel needed 2 coats to get a good finish. Some needed a further little touch up. The hardest part: scheduling the work - coats have to be applied after 6 hours, but before 12 hours have passed. No idea why! I let everything dry for 24 hours before doing final sanding of the few dribbles I missed and touch ups. I found coverage was better with a brush than roller - the initial doors I rollered needed several coats to get a god depth of colour, despite the undercoating. I was surprised how far the pot went - I did 26 doors inside and out plus all 26 cabinet frame edges (ie not the insides), 4 large end panels and I’ve still got paint left over! Cotton silk turned out to be a great colour or rather colours - as it seems to change with the light and angle throughout the day feom off white to greige (beige / pale grey) New knobs tarted it up even more So far / 2 weeks later: no issues. Thinking of painting your kitchen? My biggest tip: prep, prep, prep - it makes it easier and better in the long run!

This product is super , and gives a lovely finish.
The paint goes on so smoothly and gives such a lovely soft satin finish. I used sugar soap to wash down before hand as directed on the tin. I am as pleased as punch with the final result , friends thought I had bought a new kitchen., it looks so great. My kitchen cabinets are 18 years old but now look as new.

Excellent coverage for mdf cupboards. Good price. Only 1 pot needed for 13 doors and 4 drawers. 2 coats each.

Old cupboards bought back to life
I bought this as recommended by the person up cycling my kitchen, he advised me that once he had prepped the cupboards properly, the paint went on easily. I am really pleased with the finish.
