Its high-quality, water-based formula is showerproof in 1 hour and provides a tough and durable finish to your uPVC or Composite windows and doors. Valspar Premium uPVC & Composite is mould and stain resistant and flexible to prevent cracking, giving your windows and doors protection with no primer required. With Valspar you can have any colour, no compromise.

• Surface Preparation - For new uPVC wait at least 12 months before painting. Ideally, wait for a dry day above 10°C, and not likely to rain. Cold, wet weather can stop the paint from drying properly. Make sure the area you're painting is clean, dry and free from dirt, dust & grease. Sand the area to give an even finish and good adhesion. For best results, sand with fine sandpaper, wash the surface with warm soapy water, rinse and leave to dry thoroughly before painting. Make sure the surface is smooth, any damaged areas will need repairing before painting. If you're painting over previously painted uPVC and the paint is in good condition, give the surface a light sand for good adhesion. If it’s flaking or cracked, you’ll need to sand it first, clean up any dust and wipe with a damp cloth. You can apply our uPVC Paint directly to the surface without the need of a primer.
• Instructions for Use - Give the paint a good stir. Paint with a brush or roller. Leave to dry for 2-4 hours and apply your second coat. If you’re painting over a dark colour you may need to put a third coat on. For best results, lightly sand in-between coats and wipe with a cloth to remove dust. Your last coat will be waterproof in 1 hour.
