For all the wrong reasons! Sadly, no option for no stars for that is what I would have allocated! It is awful! This is the worst trade paint and indeed the worst emulsion I have ever had the misfortune to use. It boasts high opacity and good coverage which is totally outlandish as it doesn't do either!! I stirred it as directed and was very concerned as it has the consistency of consomme soup, very thin and watery! I foolishly then commenced the application process applying it to a clean painted wall with a small sheepskin roller and I might as well have actually applied soup! The coverage is dreadful. I tried working on the theory that it might get better with a couple of coats, big mistake, so far have tried four....I am quite persistent and wasn't going to beaten by a tin of paint... but the emulsion has yet to do its job. Don't waste your money, or, if you are Trade, your clients on this, buy quality save time, effort and money! On the upside it didn't have the common Valspar problem of smelling of cat urine.
Coverage not good

Painted new plaster with this product as company recommended. Went on really well and so then used valspar brilliant white matt . Just put on 3rd coat now ( 2 with roller , 1 with brush) and it looks like ive painted over a gloss ceiling...3 coats and still no change.

no need to water down etc - it's ready for the top coat with one application (two top coats of colour may be required, or touching up)
