This coloured woodchips is suitable all around the garden to brighten up untidy beds and borders.
- Dig out any weeds and make sure that the soil is moist and lay weed barrier fabric. Spread bark by hand and rake to ensure even coverage depth of at least 50 mm high (2")
- Ideal for top dressing beds and boarders. Looks great and enriches the soil at the same time.

Great for the environment
I am an 82-year-old conservationist. Everything in my garden is for nature. I used this product for ground cover on half my garden. The colour is consistent with a natural look. It encourages insects which my birds and hedgehogs need for nutrition. Initially I was going to buy 2 bags but when I saw the low price I bought 5.

I have used this product now for about 2 years; I really like it to mulch around fruit trees and cover path that otherwise become quickly overgrown with weeds. It looks pleasing, is easy to handle. I just wish that there were also hardwood chippings available which would last longer...

Hot composter
I’ve been using this as an additive to my hot-composter. It’s giving the aeration it needs for circulation but thin enough that it should break down quite well.
