No VAT receipt

Would have been great, but online orders don't get VAT receipt, so if you are buying for a business or to reclaim on expenses the shop has to credit and cancel the order and then sell you the item through the till. Getting a VAT receipt out of B&Q is crazily hard - the self-serve tills don't do them, you have to ask staff.

Not as good as old pair

I had a pair of these for about 2 years before they started to fall apart which is good as I wore them for lots of long walks in the winter but this pair the lining at the back of both heals inside has worn through into holes which made my socks threadbare and I ended up sticking material over the holes to rectify this hence only 3 stars

Split after less than 2 months/8 wears

At first the wellies seemed fine, especially given the price. Fairly comfortable but with poor grip and the buckle at the top was quite stiff and difficult to tighten, but perfectly functional. Then, after less than 2 months and only 8 wears, the seam down the back of the heel split open. As I use them for wading in water the wellies are now completely useless as one of them just fills up with water. I'd return them but as I never thought they'd break so quickly I no longer have the receipt. If you're just walking around on land they might not be too bad, but if you're using them for anything which involves submerging your feet, pay more and go somewhere else.
