Uncomfortable for even short periods of gaming, harsh tinny speakers, have to use headphones all the time. No height adjuster which might be useful, lumbar cushion more of an aggravation than support, wish had not bothered thought this would be an improvement on my old office chair SADLY MISTAKEN.

Absolute waste of money and really wished I'd not purchased and wanting a refund. If you enjoy sitting on 'rocks'... Purchase this chair, in all honesty AVOID this chair, I'm a 55 year old gamer and this is the WORST chair I've ever used, I've not got an issue with the company but quite frankly am genuinely shocked at the comfort and quality of this chair. Update 20/12/2022... The arms are flaky and very weak - the two bolts attaching the arm to the chair (one on either side) seems to short and they both don't go tight, consequently after a little use the arms are loose easily moving side to side; anybody exerting any weight pushing on the arms will break them. The fabric finishing/stitching is again flaky and will last 5 mins again, it looks too stretched and is coming apart already. The quality control Dept need to revisit their factories and get a grip quite frankly! How do I go about applying for a refund? Thankyou.

Armrests do not secure properly to the chair. Keep falling off.

Great chair. I have had it for 3 months now. Lovely finish, sound quality is great. Need to be close to TV as the lead is not the longest. Chair is starting to creak/ be abit noisy when sitting in it. Overall happy with purchase.
