Radiator delivered not as described

We ordered this radiator for its sleek design which was in keeping with the rest of our bathroom. Unfortunately the radiator that was delivered has triangular shaped bars and not the flattened / circular ones (when viewing a cross section) depicted on the website.

I bought the Ximax nestor towel radiator as it was the only towel radiator I could find that met all requirements. This radiator was easy to install with all brackets supplied.

Only just had this fitted so no long term review but looks great & actually gives out so much heat we had to turn down the thermostat.Absolutely great to actually have a warm & dry towels
