Bought two of these for a client of mine.
Both had to go back due to damage leaving us unable to complete installation!
Second lot arrived which I opened straight away to check for damage all seemed ok .
Went back to finish off installation only to have a weld pop when they started heating up leaving the middle rail bulging out!!
Still waiting for a new one
Come on B&Q do the right thing and get this sorted it’s embarrassing

I bought this radiator about 2 weeks ago. It looks fabulous in my bathroom. I bought it to replace a towel Radiator that didn't put much heat out. Now the bathroom is lovely and warm. It looks great the finish is brilliant and so easy to fit just use ptfe tape on the valves. Will be buying another one when I fit a new kitchen

I bought this a few weeks ago and it was fitted last week, the radiator looks really good , well made with an excellent finish I can't believe it looks as good as it does for the price

We had to store in the garage for a month and the packaging was also good as saved from any knocks or bumps prior to fitting
