- The YardLITE White Pine has a sturdy frame that is made high quality FSC certified pine wood that comes from sustainable forests. The glass pane has a Ug-Value of 1,1 W/m2K and has 24-mm double glazing (argon filled), a low E coating and a toughened outer pane. Due to the more sturdy the Uw-value is with even 1.4 W/m²K better than the YardLITE Pine and YardLITE Pine Vented. The toughened outer pane prevents the glass breaking in the event that it is hit by something from outside. The low-E coating allows light into the room, and at the same time, reflects heat from outside out of the room, keeping the room cool in the summer. It also traps the heat on a cold day thereby keeping the room warm. The unique design by YardLITE also allows up to 10% more daylight in (than some other branded windows). The high quality moulded zinc handle allows the window to be locked in three positions; for passive ventilation on demand or to close the window. Installing YardLITE windows is easy. Just follow the tried and tested procedure which is clearly set out in the installation guide included with every window.
