YouGarden Westringia Coastal Rosemary, Evergreen Shrub, 18cm Pot, Silvery Foliage, Pollinator Friendly Garden Plant Ready To Plant

Product information

Westringia fruticosa, often called Coastal Rosemary or Australian Rosemary, is an attractive evergreen shrub grown for its elegant foliage, long flowering season and remarkable toughness in challenging garden conditions. A naturally neat rounded shrub with slender green leaves that show beautiful silvery undersides. New shoots emerge in soft silver green, adding fresh colour and contrast to the garden throughout the growing season. From late spring and through summer, tubular flowers appear in soft white to pale blue shades with subtle speckling in the throat. These blooms are lightly scented and attract pollinators. Westringia thrives in well drained soil and enjoys a sunny position. It grows happily in borders or large containers and once established becomes a resilient and dependable evergreen garden feature. Awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its proven garden performance, it typically grows to around 1.5 metres tall and wide, forming a bushy shrub that offers year round structure and seasonal flowering. Supplied as an established plant in an 18cm pot, ready to plant.
