You can update your contact details with the B&Q Club online.
Enter the email address you registered with the B&Q Club here.
You’ll receive a verification email from the B&Q Club. Click on the link in the email to visit a page where you can update your details, including email address. Once you’ve completed your updates and saved them, we’ll email you to confirm the update has been made.

Registering your B&Q Club card will allow you to access all the benefits of Club membership, including a £5 off when you spend £30 voucher when you first register. You'll also receive reward vouchers and digital receipts once you're registered - just be sure to opt-in to receive marketing emails from the B&Q Club.

You don't need to have a card to be a member of the B&Q Club.
You can become a digital member by joining online here. If you want to use your membership when you shop in store, you'll need to bring an email from the B&Q Club, either printed or displayed on a smart phone, (containing your membership number) or have downloaded the B&Q App so that you can share your membership details with our colleagues in store.
We won't automatically issue you a card when you join, but you might find it handy to have one. Pick one next time you're in store - just ask one of our colleagues. You'll then need to register your card and add it to your existing membership online or in store with a colleague. Register here.

You can pick up a B&Q Club card in-store. Simply ask one of our colleagues for a card and you can then register your new card online here.
collapsed, How do I know if I've successfully registered my B&Q Club card?
If you are a new member, you should receive an email within minutes of registering your B&Q Club card, to let you know that your registration has been successful. If you are not a new member you will receive an email confirmation that your new card has been registered.
Occasionally, it might take up to 24 hours to arrive. Don’t forget to check your spam, junk or promotions folder for the email. You might also want to add club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list.
collapsed, I've not received my B&Q Club registration voucher and it's been over 24 hours. What should I do?
Your welcome voucher should arrive within a few days of your registration. If not, it may have landed in your spam, junk or promotions folder. Adding club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list might also help.
If the voucher has still not arrived, please register your card number again here.
Please note that welcome vouchers are only sent to new members, when you first register.
collapsed, Can I join the B&Q Club if I don’t have an email address?
You’ll need to have an email address if you wish to join the B&Q Club. This will allow you to receive reward vouchers and our latest news, benefit from digital receipts and update your account online.
collapsed, Can I register multiple B&Q Club cards against one email address?
You should only have one account per email address. When a new card is registered to an account it will supersede the old card number. Multiple members in a household will need to different emails. We can only link one card to an email address.
If you have a Diamond card and it is lost or stolen, please report it to Customer Services – provide the card number (number is present on your emails) and email address.

Your B&Q Club reward vouchers can be used when shopping in store and online.
Some exclusions apply - including some promotions, the purchase of gift cards, orders made in store and delivery charges - check our B&Q Club terms and conditions page.
collapsed, Why don’t I receive loyalty points when using my B&Q Club card?
The B&Q Club isn't points based.
In addition to the welcome voucher you receive, you will also be emailed a voucher every time you shop when you use your Club card in store or online. You will also receive email versions of your paper till receipts.
Don't forget to present/scan your Club card at the till when you shop in store, or add on the checkout pages on diy.com when shopping online.

You can access your B&Q Club account details online.
Enter the email address you registered with the B&Q Club here.
You’ll receive a verification email from the B&Q Club. Click on the link in the email to visit a page where you can view your account details and make any updates needed.
If you don’t receive a verification email, please check your spam, junk or promotions folders as it might have been automatically filed.
If you make any updates and save them, we’ll email you to confirm the update has been made.

Don’t forget that your B&Q Club account is separate from your diy.com account. You need to register for both separately and the email address you use for the B&Q Club will not be automatically accepted on diy.com.

collapsed, Where can I find my B&Q Club membership number?
You’ll find your membership number printed on your B&Q Club card, if you have one. You’ll also find your membership number at the top of every email you receive from us.

collapsed, I’ve lost my B&Q Club card. Can you replace it?
If you’ve lost your card or had it stolen, we can replace it for you in-store. Simply ask one of our colleagues, they’ll be able to issue you a new card and register it for you.

If you find your old card at a later date, continue to use your new card as the old one will no longer be valid.
If you are a registered member of the B&Q Diamond Club (which closed to new members on the 3rd September 2018) and lose your card, we will replace it. Please contact your local store or Customer Services.

Diamond membership of the B&Q Club is no longer available to new customers from 3rd September 2018. Existing members are entitled to 10% off gardening products on a Wednesday

collapsed, How long are my B&Q Club reward vouchers valid for?
You can find the expiry date for your B&Q Club reward voucher on the voucher. We'll also send you a reminder by email to let you know if your voucher is due to expire but you've not used it.
collapsed, How do I use my membership online?
As with shopping in store, enter your membership number every time you shop on diy.com.
If you have a diy.com account and are logged in;
You'll need to add your membership number to the details section of your account on diy.com. Once added, your Club membership number will automatically appear in the checkout when you shop, and you won't need to enter it again if you're logged in.
If you want to shop online without creating an account;
You can add your Club membership number on the checkout page. Scroll down past your products in the checkout and select ‘B&Q Club card’. Add your club number without any spaces and click submit.
Using B&Q Club vouchers online
Vouchers need to be entered on the checkout pages on diy.com. Scroll down past your products in the checkout and select ‘Add Vouchers’ (immediately below the Club card section). Enter the online code exactly as it is displayed on the voucher, ensuring there are no spaces after the code, and click submit. Please note that vouchers are for one use only and only one voucher can be used per transaction. Entering a second voucher will void the first one. collapsed, I've registered my B&Q Club card but I'm not receiving emails. What do I do?
There could be a number of reasons why you're not receiving emails from the B&Q Club.
First check your spam, junk or promotions folder for the email. You might also want to add club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list.
You should also check your B&Q Club account as you could be opted out of emails or not registered correctly. Enter the email address you registered with the B&Q Club here, where you can check your email address is correct and confirm your email preferences.
If you continue to have issues please contact our Customer support team. Details can be found here. Please provide your email address and membership number so we can investigate.
collapsed, What happens if I forget to bring my B&Q Club card to store?
If you have a smartphone, you can use any B&Q Club email to present your membership number. Your membership number appears at the top of all your emails and again at the bottom, with a barcode that can be scanned.
Alternatively, if you have the B&Q app you can log into B&Q Club using your email address and postcode, and this will display your membership number. All our stores have WiFi to help you access your details.
Unfortunately, we're currently unable to add any purchases to your B&Q Club record after you've made them if you don't present your membership details at time of purchase.
collapsed, How do I sign up for the Club using the B&Q app?
Firstly download the app.
If you already have a diy.com account for ordering online or Click + Collect then all you need to do is sign into the app using your email and password for that account. Tick the box asking if you wish to join the B&Q Club.
If you do not have a diy.com account then you will need to register. Enter your email address and choose a password. Tick the box asking if you wish to join the B&Q Club.
If you are a new member you will be signed up to the Club with a digital number.
If you are already registered with Club then your current membership number will attach to the app.
If you are having difficulties signing up or registering it is possible you don’t have an account already, or in the case of registering, that you do have an account and need to sign in. If you've picked up a Club card in store you can register for additional benefits using the B&Q app. See here for how to do this.
Or if you're already registered, you can also add your Club card for use in the app.
Once registered, on the ‘account’ page where the Club membership number is displayed, select ‘use a different card’. On the pop-up, you then select ‘add a new card’.
The barcode scanner will appear and all you need to do is scan your Club card barcode. Alternatively, there is an option to type in the Club number.
Once done the new card will attach to your account and show on the app.
